Bring your little adventurers on a bear hunt around our Town Centre this summer and you could win some beary cool prizes!
Organisers, Royston First BID, has announced the ‘Teddy Trail’ as the theme for this year’s children’s summer trail.
Twelve handmade bears from local independent retailer, No.3, will be hiding in shop windows in Royston Town Centre for children to find, between 28th July and 21st August.
The fun, free competition trails are a great activity to entertain children aged 11 years and under and encourage support for local businesses.
Entry forms can be found at Glazed Creations, Ladds, Kooky Nohmad, or Royston Library. They can also be downloaded from www.roystonfirst.com/teddy. Once participants have completed the trail, entry forms can be dropped off at Tres Belle jewellers or emailed to info@roystonfirst.com.
There is also a digital trail, where participants can complete the trail using just a mobile phone.
All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a Pottery Painting Session for One, to paint a teddy at Glazed Creations, and a crochet bear from the trail.
11 runners up will also receive a trail bear, each.
The deadline for entries is 9pm on Monday 21st August 2023, and the winner will be announced on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 on our Facebook and Instagram accounts @RoystonFirst.
