A safe and friendly Youth football club for children from Bassingbourn and surrounding villages.
We run a very successful Saturday soccer development for 4-6 year olds and are a thriving and friendly club running league teams from under 7’s through to U18’s.

We are a friendly group of French learners and native speakers who get together to speak French in a relaxed environment.
We meet on the last Wednesday of every month in a bar in the centre of Royston for a drink and chat. Every level of French is welcome (but no under 18s, sorry)!
We meet at 7:30pm, but feel free to turn up later if it suits you.
We will have a reserved table with a meetup sign so that we are easy to find (or just ask at the bar).
£2 contribution per person

Come to learn to knit or bring along your own project.

Dave Rance’s Rockin’ Chair Band is back with a vengeance with its winning formula of good time music and sophisticated (!) humour.

The sessions are on the last Monday of every month from 12 till 2.30pm.

The Orwell Singers are a very active, fun choir that welcomes everyone without an audition (even me who cant read music) We are a great, relaxed choir but sing some fine music and produced 4 concerts last year, including a Christmas concert at Trinity Hall Chapel.

The club and members are involved in the building of model railway layouts in all the major scales for their own enjoyment and have exhibited their layouts at Model Railway Exhibitions in the South East & East Anglia.
